The cultivation of Mango natural Kent variety, it is grown in Tambogrande in the province of Piura in Peru, is considered to be the most fertile at the national level in mango production both in quality and productivity we are 60 Km from the regional capital of Piura and 100 Km from the sea port of Paita. Fruit color is yellow with green with reddish coloration, low in fiber, juicy and with a sweet taste and pleasant, it is of excellent quality for the consumer. This variety has a tough rind that is resistant to treatment, hydrothermal, which consists of the immersion of the fruit in warm water at 45 degrees to rule out the presence of flies, it is a requirement of health care for the export of mango to the united States, China, New Zealand and Chile.
